Swing Bound

A short prototype made for the 2021 GMTK Game Jam.

You control the blue circular character and attached to you by chain is a strange orb of energy.  You yourself are powerless. However, this energy orb attached to you seems to hold some sort of combat capability. When you move in the world,  the energy orb will react accordingly. You can use your own momentum to swing or spin the energy orb at your foes! Be careful not to let the enemies run into you if you get surrounded.

The moment you defeat one enemy time will temporarily slow down, allowing you more time to plan your next move. Lastly, watch for the platforms in each stage. Some of them can be destroyed to make more room for you to swing or spin while others cannot be destroyed and only serve to get in your way.

Complete all 6 stages to win!

Controls: 

- WASD: Up, Left, Down, Right movement

- Escape: pause game.
